WIREFRAMES / WORKFLOW

We created this wireframe based on what information we gathered from our primary and secondary research, and have tried to create a smooth experience which enables the customer to carry out a number of activities. The main aim is to improve efficiency of the transaction and create a user friendly experience. The workflow is shown through the arrows on the wireframe. Every arrow if you follow them to the end shows clearly different activities throughout the app. 

Our app improves efficiency and solves the following problems which you could get in the shop :
- See the menu / ingredients and allergy advice = saving time for both the customers and the staff
- order online and pay by card = people no longer have to rely on having the correct cash 
- find out about the company = carried out in your own time if you are interested
- a direct link to google maps to find the location = quick and easy if you are new to leeds and heard about Bakery 164
- a list of ways to get in touch = direct link to phone number, social media and email address
- a digital loyalty card = leads to a free bakery after 9 which makes customers want to come back


After completing our wireframes myself and Georgia went to Simon to receive some feedback :
- good idea 
- source some primary research (photographs)
- side bar can not be the first page so rethink what you want your first page to be
- start on your design strategies (colour scheme, type)
