Discussion about colour scheme

Showing my designs to the client she came back and said she liked the design that had crossed t's  that were straight :

The next step was to discuss the colour schemes:

As the client was being indecisive I adapted and decided to take matters into my own hands and created a colour scheme that I thought she would like. However I decided that it does not make the colour stand out and it would not work against the harsh black. 

Then I made a colour scheme to show the client which she loved:
