Japanese Prints

Looking into Japanese prints was very interesting, it gave me an insight into what the different genres of prints were out there and which I liked and why.

I like the form and structure with a grid like form. One aspect that I don't like that much in regards to these prints is how they are not very sharp or bold, which i am sure is an aspect that they were trying to achieve however I would like a lot more character from my outcome. I do think the layout design of these prints are well thought out and give off a strong sense of identity.
